Faculty Positions in Graduate Institute of Applied Geology
The Graduate Institute of Applied Geology at the National Central University (
http://www.geo.ncu.edu.tw/) invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor. Faculty candidates for higher ranks with exceptional track records will also be considered. The research areas of interest can include but are not limited to Engineering Geology, Hydrogeology, Earthquake Geology, Engineering Geophysics, Engineering Seismology, and Environmental Geochemistry. A Ph.D. is required at the time of evaluation and post-doctoral experience is desirable.
Applicants are expected to have a strong record of publications, to commit to excellence in research and teaching, to actively publish, to develop internationally recognized independent research program, and to pursue external research funding. The estimated starting date for the position will be August 1, 2021.
