AOGS 2017, IG24: Geophysical and Geological Evidences of Submarine Landslides 徵求摘要訊息

Dear colleagues,

This is a friendly reminder on the abstract submission deadline for the AOGS 2017 which will be shortly approaching on February 15, 2017.

Our session (IG24: Geophysical and Geological Evidences of Submarine Landslides) welcomes contributions from different disciplines of earth sciences and we expected to have a general concept about the progress already carried out by the related research and to stimulate more multidisciplinary researches on the submarine geohazard and seafloor instability related issues. If your research relates to Submarine Landslides and Geohazards we cordially invite you to join us.

For more details on our session can be found on:

For info on how to submit an Abstract, you can visit the web-site:

We wish you have a happy Chinese New Year and hope to see you in Singapore!

Kind regards,

Jing-Yi Lin | National Central University, Taiwan,
Leo Armada | University of Philippines, Philippines,

This session is also one of the AOGS 2017 co-organized session entitled as follow:

IG 13: National Landslide Susceptibility – from Inventory to Prediction

IG 19: Landslide Monitoring Using Multi-disciplinary Technologies

IG 22: The Sliding and Deformation Characteristics of Soil and Rock Slopes

IG 24: Geophysical and Geological Evidences of Submarine Landslides

IG 27: Insights of Landslide Process, from Field Observation, Physical Modelling and Numerical Simulation
